SYNOPSIS

alignment-convert alignment-file [OPTIONS]

DESCRIPTION

Convert the alignment to FASTA or PHYLIP.

ALLOWED OPTIONS:

-h, --help

produce help message

--align arg (=-)

file with alignment to convert (default STDIN)

--output arg

which output format: fasta or phylip?
