UniformTree(taxa: List<Text>, branchLengthDist: Distribution<Double>) → Distribution<Tree<Lengths>>

The taxa for the tree

branchLengthDist:

The distribution for branch lengths

Default: Gamma(0.5,1/length(taxa))
