Arguments

Underlined names in default expressions refer to other arguments. A default beginning with ~ specifies a prior distribution.

submodel:

The model to be scaled

rateDist:

Rates for each category

Default: ~DirichletOnDirichlet(n,2,2)

n:

Number of categories, if not specified

Default: 4

Description

Rate heterogeneity model where the rate and frequency of each category can be estimated from the data.
